Murray Hill & New Providence, N.J., U.S., January 19, 2016 – A new video spotlights a proprietary impingement freezer from Linde LLC that can dramatically improve throughput of such products as chicken breasts, fillets, trim, beef patties, and pizza.
The five-minute video, which reviews the Linde technology and its advantages, will be shown at the International Production & Processing Expo in Atlanta, January 26-28, at IPPE 2016, Linde booth #B5853.
Using high-velocity nitrogen vapor, the Linde impingement freezer can freeze 300 percent more than a standard cryogenic tunnel freezer of similar length. The process reduces dehydration and weepage losses more than most cryogenic and almost all mechanical freezing processes for better food quality and higher yields.
